Draconian Technology Armor Blueprints drop by defeating the draconian fleets that guard Cargo and Mines, also won during Raid Events and Missions. Current drop rate is around 2% for Normal Cargo or mine draconian guard fleet defeated, 5% drop rate for Elite Intel Fleets.

Like Drac Weapons the Armour is also in 3 Teirs. And you can only be working to complete 4 blueprints of each tier at once. If you are working towards completing 4 blueprints, only when you have fod the last piece of a blueprint and completed it may you be able to start another blueprint.

The different Tiers of Armor Blueprints can be found by capturing the salvage cargo fleets, but some can only be won during raid events and foresaken missions.
